TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All products are individually inspected before they are packaged and shipped. CutRiteFX.com is not responsible for any damage to the decals/graphics, or the surface it is being applied do during installation. In a case whereby the customer is uncertain as to the decal installation procedure, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to seek this information from a qualified or knowledgeable source.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer refunds on items that have already been applied to the vehicle. Refunds will be given on items that are unopened and resale condition. Items need to be returned with in 14 days to get a refund. If we ship the wrong item then we will replace it at no additional charge to you and refund standard USPS shipping rates you paid to return item. We do not provide shipping labels on items you no longer want. Items must be returned undamaged within 14 days after delivery. All refunds require a RMA (Return Request Authorization) Which is located on our main page.

SHIPPING DELAYS AND ERRORS
CutRiteFX is not responsible for any delays in shipping. CutRiteFX is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by a third party in the shipping process.

Due to significant layoffs, closures and other changes with the United States Postal Service, it may take longer than the estimated 5-7 business days to receive your package. Tracking information may not appear on USPS.com after hand-off from CutRiteFX to USPS, as packages are not required to be scanned until delivery. We apologize to our customers affected by the USPS delays.
