All products are individually inspected before they are packaged and shipped. CutRiteFX.com is not responsible for any damage to the decals/graphics, or the surface it is being applied do during installation. In a case whereby the customer is uncertain as to the decal installation procedure, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to seek this information from a qualified or knowledgeable source.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer refunds on items that have already been applied to the vehicle. Refunds will be given on items that are unopened and resale condition. Items need to be returned with in 14 days to get a refund. If we ship the wrong item then we will replace it at no additional charge to you and refund standard USPS shipping rates you paid to return item. We do not provide shipping labels on items you no longer want. Items must be returned undamaged within 14 days after delivery. All refunds require you to contact us and let us know what the problem is.
If a sale is currently running you will not be able to use your coupon code in combination with existing sales. You would have to wait until the current sale is over in order to use your code.
SHIPPING DELAYS AND ERRORS
CutRiteFX is not responsible for any delays in shipping. CutRiteFX is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by a third party in the shipping process. You would have to contact USPS for damaged packages.
When we ship out your item the box is inspected before it leaves.There is low chance that your item will only have 1 side of a 2 sided graphic. As when they are cut they are cut from 1 single sheet then prepped and then cut in half and put in to the box.
