Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a refund, returned items must be complete and unused. Defective items are an exception to the unused-item requirement.

Defective items

Please contact CutRiteFX within 14 calendar days of receiving your order if an item is defective so we can help arrange a return, replacement, or refund.

Return shipping

CutRiteFX covers return shipping only for defective items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.
